YOUR INPUT IS NEEDED!

Dear Massachusetts Preschool and Child Care Providers and Network Members,

This is a reminder that with the help of an independent consulting group, Public Consulting Group (PCG), EEC is in the process of conducting a research study focusing on the characteristics of families with preschool-age children on the Waitlist, the existing barriers to program access, and the different factors that affect the continuity of services for preschool children.

There are currently two surveys open to the field. Links to the surveys are listed below and are also available on EEC’s website. Responses to the survey are confidential and the survey will remain open until May 14, 2010. This research will inform policy and systems development for early education and care in Massachusetts and help to improve services for our children. We ask you to please fill out the survey if you are a parent of a preschool-aged child or provide services to preschool children, or help in forwarding this e-mail to those groups when possible.

Please contact PCG at 866-315-3938 with any questions or concerns you may have about this research study and/or survey.
